Minumlah air, Vapers!
Beberapa e-jus mengurangi kemampuan menyerap air.
Gejala umum dehidrasi ringan meliputi: haus, mulut kering / lengket, mata kering, sakit kepala / kepala terasa ringan, kelelahan, kebingungan, urine kuning / kuning gelap, tidak banyak buang air kecil, kram otot.

Drink water, Vapers!
Some e-juice subtracts the ability to absorb water. That’s because most e-juice contains Propylene Glycol (PG). PG binds with water molecules in the body, which means that PG bound water molecules can’t be utilized for things the body needs to function. PG is a hygroscopic substance.
Hygroscopic substances absorb and hold water molecules from the air that surrounds them. Some examples include: sugar, caramel, honey and table salt. If the vaping body is not properly cared for, this can lead to dehydration.
Common mild dehydration symptoms include: thirst, dry/sticky mouth, dry eyes, headache/lightheadedness, fatigue, confusion, yellow/dark yellow urine, not urinating much, muscle cramps.
Some believe the symptoms of dehydration are a result of the vaping process itself. This is simply not true.
Vapers may feel these effects come on when they’re vaping, but it’s not a result of vaping itself. It’s simply how PG interacts with the body. PG is perfectly safe as long as it is balanced it out with an increase in water consumption.
To stay hydrated: Eat more fruits and vegetables, drink water while vaping, keep a gallon of water nearby, stay away from caffeinated drinks and sodas, and change e-juice blends.
